Pouch Inspector
The Pouch Inspector is a stand-alone inspection machine that scans the packaged pouches, verifies the content of the pouches with the ordered medication and customer details and documents the results for further reference. It is the fastest pouch inspection machine on the market with up to 5 pouches per second and is impressively accurate.
Cut N Roll
Cut&Roll cuts the pouch strip into smaller parts, and creates compact rolls based on the chosen selection criteria (e.g. per location, sub location, day-part and/or intake time). Then, it is possible to automatically separate these compact rolls into alarmed rolls which must go to the repair station or alarm-free rolls that are ready for dispatch. This increases the speed significantly.
